Ordering and Delivery:

  • What is the lead time from order to delivery?
    Once the order is placed and term/s of payment is confirmed, it would be delivered no later than 4 weeks. Also, delivery timeline may change depending on the requirement or the type of machine ordered.
  • What is the warranty period?
    All Narex machines come with a 2 year warranty on materials and workmanship and 2 year/s for the components. Warranties include parts and labor. The manufacturer's service routine must be adhered to for the warranty to remain valid.   
  • What is the availability of a demonstration machine or a reference site to visit?
    If clients wish to arrange a demonstration of the product, we can have it done either at our own factory or on-site with another client. Appointments can be discussed with the Narex sales team.   
  • What are the terms of payment?
    Payment options will be discussed by our sales personnel and we have options to suit your needs.   

After sales:   

  • Will assistance be provided after we purchase a machine?
    Machine demonstrations can be done should clients need to know the basics on how to operate the machine. Also, once we hand over the machines to the client, a representative from our Sales/Support Team will be present to further discuss and assist on how to operate it.   
  • Will installation of newly purchased machines be provided?
    Narex is committed to the satisfaction of our clients all throughout the process. Our reliable after sales support team is dedicated to assist you through the life of your machine purchase. We will make sure that the whole transaction would be hassle-free, hence the assistance, installation support, maintenance, repairs and service.
  • The equipment started malfunctioning and immediate support is needed, what support systems are in place to make contact?
    Narex’ after sales support team can be reached 24/7, 7 days a week. Should an immediate assistance is needed, you may contact us at +971 (6)533 8277 and we will send a representative to check and evaluate the equipment and what actions should be done further.
  • Some components of the machine needs to be replaced, will these be available at Narex as well?
    We make sure that we provide all the necessary support from machineries to maintenance, thus, all requirements may it be spare parts or components; you can all find these at Narex.
